A core charge is necessary on items that we sell that are remanufactured.  This charge is refundable upon your return of the part you are replacing.  If you do not return the part, your core charge will not be refunded.  To request a core charge return request, please click here.   This process is normally completed after you have received your remanufactured products.  Incidentally, a remanufactured part is covered under our same warranty and returns policy.  For more info regarding our returns policy, click here.
